EIE is a membership based Peer Advisory Group community for Entrepreneurs, Founders, Business Owners, CEOs, MDs and Leaders.

We don't claim to be better, just different.  We work with individuals or business owners to help them set, pursue, and achieve their goals. Unlike traditional coaches, our peer group approach and accountability coaching focuses specifically on keeping clients accountable for their commitments, ensuring consistent progress and effective action towards their objectives.  Our methods  helps SME business owners achieve their goals more quickly and effectively. With a structured plan, regular follow-ups, and continuous support, business owners can see tangible progress and success in their ventures. 

No, EIE is all about supporting senior business people to become the best version of themselves and in turn, growing their business through dedicated coaching.

No, membership is available to people who are just starting a business

No, possibly not.  The expectation is that members meet a guide or framework based on job function, size of business etc. and are willing to contribute and give something back to their group.  It is appreciated this might not suit some people which is why EIE can offer a more traditional service of executive business coaching if requested.

It isn't written in stone, rather as the description suggests it is a guide or framework for membership.  Members typically hold the most senior positions in a company which roughly aligns with the general definition of an SME:

• Micro business – fewer than 10 employees and a turnover of less than or equal to €2 million or a balance sheet total less than or equal to €2 million.
• Small business – 10 to 49 employees and a turnover of less than or equal to €10 million or a balance sheet total less than or equal to €10 million.
• Medium business – 50 to 249 employees and a turnover of less than or equal to €50 million or a balance sheet total less than or equal to €43 million.

£295 per month with a guarantee that if you feel no benefit at all from your first month, we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Yes.  If this doesn't suit a member's needs, they can cancel their membership.  All we ask is give it sufficient time to make a difference.  Rome wasn't built in a day and making impactful development changes in a business should not be rushed.
